SaaS
All of your product’s email, in one place
Sign-up confirmation on day one, onboarding through the trial, release notes every month — and, when your customers ask, email sent from their own domains.
- 3,000 emails a month free
- No credit card
- Hosted in Finland
- REST, SMTP and MCP
Onboarding that runs itself
Workflows enrol a contact on an event from your app, then send, wait and branch per person. Day one, three and seven go out without a cron job.
Your customers’ domains
Verify a domain per customer and give each a key restricted to it. The Scale plan allows 1,000 domains and as many keys.
Events back into your product
Signed webhooks for every delivery, bounce, open and click, so your product can show customers what happened to the email it sent for them.
What a SaaS product sends
- Account email
- Verification, password resets, invitations to a team and billing receipts.
- Onboarding
- A short sequence that reacts to what each user has and has not done yet.
- Product updates
- Release notes and announcements to the customers on the plan they apply to.
- Email on behalf of customers
- Invoices, bookings or notifications your product sends from each customer’s own verified domain.
Start an onboarding workflow from your app
await poststack.contacts.create({
email: user.email,
first_name: user.firstName,
properties: { plan: 'trial' },
});
// Enrols the contact in every active workflow listening for this event.
const { matched } = await poststack.workflows.postEvent({
event: 'user.signed_up',
email: user.email,
});Set it up in three steps
- 1
Send account email
Wire your sign-up and reset flows to the API or SMTP relay.
- 2
Add onboarding
Build a workflow in the dashboard and post an event from your app when someone signs up.
- 3
Add customer domains
Verify each customer’s domain over the API and send with a key restricted to it.
What you’ll use
Frequently asked questions
Can each of my customers send from their own domain?
Yes. Add and verify their domain through the Domains API, then send with an API key restricted to that domain, so one customer’s key can never send as another. The Scale plan (€30 a month) includes 1,000 domains.
How do I keep product updates from hurting password resets?
Send broadcasts from a subdomain such as updates.example.com and keep account email on your main domain. Unsubscribes and complaints only ever suppress the address, and each domain builds its own reputation.
Is there a test environment?
Yes. sk_test_ keys run the same request validation and fire the same webhooks, but never hand anything to a mail server — use them in CI and staging.
What does it cost as we grow?
3,000 emails a month free, no credit card. Then €5, €15 or €30 a month for 10,000, 50,000 or 100,000 emails. Above that, talk to us about Enterprise.
