Dynamic email templates
Reusable email templates with {{variables}} and conditional blocks. Build them in the visual builder or paste your own HTML, publish, and send by ID — copy changes never need a redeploy.
Contact management and segments

Webmail for your whole team
Give everyone an address on your own domain and a clean, fast inbox in the browser. They sign in at mail.poststack.dev with their email address and password — nothing to install, no admin account to share, hosted in the EU.
Your old address, in your new inbox
Connect a t-online, GMX, WEB.DE, or other email account to your PostStack mailbox and read and answer it in the same place. Replies go out from the old address, through its own provider, so nothing changes for the people who write to you.
Slack, Discord & Telegram notifications
Get pinged in Slack, Discord, or Telegram the moment inbound mail arrives, an email bounces, deliverability dips, or a webhook auto-disables. Human-readable alerts with the same retry and auto-disable guarantees as webhooks — no JSON blobs, no polling.
