Order emails your customers actually receive

Order confirmations, shipping updates and receipts, sent from your own domain through European infrastructure — whether your shop speaks SMTP or you call an API.

  • 3,000 emails a month free
  • No credit card
  • Hosted in Finland
  • REST, SMTP and MCP

Works with your shop

Any shop platform with an SMTP setting — WooCommerce through WordPress, for example — sends through the relay with a host, a port and an API key.

Templates with variables

Design the order confirmation once with {{order_number}} and line items, publish it, and send it with data from your store.

Signed with your domain

SPF and DKIM on your own domain, so receipts come from your shop and not from someone else’s server name.

What a shop sends

Order confirmation
The moment payment succeeds, with the items, total and address.
Shipping and delivery
A tracking link when the parcel leaves, and a note when it arrives.
Receipts and invoices
With a PDF attached, for customers who need one for their books.
Back-in-stock and newsletters
Broadcasts to a segment of customers who asked to hear about a product.

Send an order confirmation from a template

typescript
await poststack.emails.send({
  from: 'Shop <orders@yourshop.com>',
  to: [order.customer.email],
  template_id: 'tpl_order_confirmation',
  variables: {
    first_name: order.customer.firstName,
    order_number: order.number,
    total: order.totalFormatted,
  },
});

Set it up in three steps

  1. 1

    Verify your shop’s domain

    Publish the SPF and DKIM records PostStack gives you.

  2. 2

    Connect the shop

    Enter the SMTP settings in your shop platform, or call the API from a custom store.

  3. 3

    Place a test order

    Check the confirmation in your inbox and the delivery in the dashboard.

Frequently asked questions

Does it work with my shop platform?

If the platform lets you set an SMTP server, yes: use the PostStack relay host, port 587 or 465, and an API key as the password. Custom stores can call the REST API or one of the SDKs.

Can I attach invoices?

Yes. Attach PDFs and other files to any email sent through the API or SMTP.

Why are my order emails going to spam?

Usually because they are sent from a shared server without your domain’s SPF and DKIM. PostStack signs every message with your domain, and the deliverability check in the dashboard tells you what is missing.

How much does it cost?

3,000 emails a month free, no credit card. A shop sending up to 10,000 emails a month pays €5.
