Where is PostStack hosted?

In Germany and Finland. All email data stays inside the EU and is not subject to the US CLOUD Act. PostStack is a Danish company and processes no data outside the European Union.

Do you offer a free tier?

3,000 emails every month, free forever. No credit card required to sign up. You can send from a verified domain as soon as DKIM and SPF records propagate.

Can I migrate from Resend, SendGrid, or Postmark?

Yes. PostStack offers drop-in SDK compatibility and dedicated migration guides for each provider at /migrate/resend, /migrate/sendgrid, and /migrate/postmark. Most teams migrate in under an hour.

Is PostStack GDPR compliant?

Yes. PostStack runs only on EU infrastructure, processes no personal data outside the EU, and provides a signed Data Processing Agreement at /dpa. We publish our sub-processors and security posture at /trust.

Do you support SMTP as well as the REST API?

Yes. The SMTP relay accepts WordPress, Laravel, Rails, nodemailer, and any standards-compliant SMTP client. Use your API key as the SMTP password. Full setup is documented at /docs/smtp.

Yes. PostStack includes a full Dovecot-backed IMAP and POP3 server plus a browser webmail client. Create mailboxes on any domain you own and use them alongside the transactional API.

What about bounces, complaints, and suppressions?

Bounces and complaints are handled automatically, with suppressions maintained per account. RFC 8058 one-click unsubscribe is built in for Gmail and Yahoo compliance.
